If you’re a broker using Slungshots

We collect your email address, the property information you enter, and the collateral you upload (flyers, photos, videos, documents). We use it for exactly one thing: making and delivering your videos. We don’t sell it, and we don’t market other people’s products to you with it. Sign-in uses email codes — we never store a password.

If you’re watching a video someone shared

Video pages on this site provide viewer analytics to the broker who listed the property. When you watch, we record: that a view happened, how much of the video was watched, your approximate location (city-level, derived from your IP address), your device type (phone, tablet, desktop), and where the link was opened from (for example, LinkedIn or email). This is aggregate audience analytics — it tells the broker things like “12 people in Seattle watched this to the end,” not your name.

If you accept the cookie prompt, we store a random identifier in your browser so repeat views count as one viewer instead of several. If you decline, we don’t store anything on your device — views are counted using a short-lived anonymous fingerprint that rotates daily and is never shown to anyone.

Where your data lives

Everything is stored on Amazon Web Services in the United States. Collateral and videos are private by default — a video only becomes viewable through the share link its broker chooses to publish.
